About Us
Our owners Erik and Maja Lingensjo started FIKA Coffee in 2010. Erik and Maja are twins who immigrated to the United States in 1990 at the age of six from Malmö, Sweden.
After graduating from college. Erik gained experience in the food industry, while Maja found her passion in studying sustainable coffee farming. After a few years, they decided to pursue their dream of opening up their own coffee shop; thus, FIKA was born in Lusten, Minnesota. Today FIKA has twelve different coffee chain locations that span from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Southern Canada. Their dreams and goals for FIKA continue to flourish as they look to grow into new markets and offer new products to customers. |
We truly believe that a fresh cup of coffee can turn any bad day into a great one.
At FIKA, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide outstanding service. We are more than your average neighborhood coffee shop. As a local family-owned company, we thrive when our communities thrive.
